Fill a deep and wide glass with a few large ice cubes. Add the juniper berries and pour in the Hop Jenever. Top up with tonic and finish with juniper berries and, in season, a hop cone.
Tip
Hop cones are best picked in September. We use our hop cones from our own garden. Our Hop Jenever is also recognised as a regional product and the recipe dates back to 1961.
