Place the cane sugar and lime in a mojito glass and crush until the juice is clearly visible. Crush the mint leaves and add to the glass. Then pour the Jonge Jenever and sugar water into the glass. Add crushed ice and top with sparkling water. Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Tip
If you don’t have any crushed ice, use 4 to 6 ice cubes.
