This liqueur was created in honour of our 125th anniversary, as a variant of the Italian Limoncello. The sourness comes from the finest essential oils, extracted from the peel of the best Spanish lemons. Serve ice-cold or use it as a base for a kirr paired with a simple sparkling wine.
Culinary tip
Incorporate Limón de la Casita into the vinaigrette sauce for your salad, as an alternative to lemon and honey. Or use the liqueur in the famous dessert Zabaglione and Sgroppino.
