Edelweiss Notenlikeur (‘Nut Liqueur’) is the result of one day’s loving labour.
We prepare this drink every year from fresh unripe walnuts that are packed with vitamins and minerals. In a greenish, young walnut liqueur, the husk still tastes of the fruit. With ageing, the liqueur becomes brown and milder in taste. Best drunk as a digestive.
