Edelweiss Gin is based on water from the historic Edelweiss springs and grain alcohol of the highest quality.
A healthy base on which twenty carefully selected botanicals dance in harmony. The finish is sweet and velvety. Thanks to floral notes and hints of citrus. Prefers to land in the same glass as Fever-Tree tonic.
